Ranbir Kapoor is nowadays seen getting very close to Salman’s ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif. They started getting close from their very first movie together ’AJAB PREM KI GAZAB KAHANI’.

Reliable sources say that Salman is very angry on this closeness and he called up Rishi Kapoor and said that keep Ranbir in control and tell him to stay away from Katrina. Well Ranbir you have to be much aware now because it’s Salman Bhai.

Recently both Katrina and Ranbir were seen coming together at Karan Johar’s party and both even left together. Ranbir also took Katrina on a ride in his new Audi. What began as a trivial verbal spat has now taken the proportion of an all-out clash. Salman Khan has drawn the battle line with Hrithik Roshan.

In case you’ve missed out, here’s a quick recap. At a charity event recently, Salman Khan made some uncharitable comments about director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and his film Guzaarish. In response, Hrithik had hit back at Salman, subtly though, and had lofty words of advice for the mercurial Khan.

Hrithik had said: “It’s not heroic to laugh or make fun of a filmmaker just because his box-office collections are not up there with yours (referring to Salman’s Dabangg)...In my opinion a hero never gloats. When you are super successful, it should in fact make you more gracious and loving. This is the time one should use to turn even enemies into friends...”
Hrithik’s words obviously did not go down well with Salman, who has now opened a new front against the star.

We know that Hrithik’s last two films - Kites and Guzaarish - have flopped at the box office. He is desperately banking on Zoya Akhtar’s Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara to resurrect his sagging career. The film will release on May 27, next year.

But Hrithik is going to face a tough competition from Salman. Yes, Salman recently met with producer Bhushan Kumar of his upcoming film Ready and convinced Kumar to release the film on May 27, the same day Hrithik’s film is up for release. The intention is clear - to destroy Hrithik’s film at box office.

Bhushan Kumar has confirmed meeting Khan to decide the film’s release date. He also says that he’s not concerned with the fact that Hrithik’s film is coming on the same day.

However, with Salman releasing Ready on the same date, it will be nothing short of a major clash.”

While Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is touted to be a fun, youthful film with a cast comprising Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar, Abhay Deol, Katrina Kaif and Kalki Koechlin, Ready is a family entertainer with Asin as Salman’s co-star.

“Thankfully the films seem to be targeting different audience bases, otherwise it would have been a calamity,” says another insider, “Knowing the sensibility of Zoya Akhtar and Farhan Akhtar, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is expected to be more urban centric and would be targeting the multiplexes. On the other hand, Ready brings director Anees Bazmee and Salman together again after No Entry and they would be looking at the masses for bringing in the moolah.”

One also wonders whether there are more issues here other than Salman and Katrina. Hrithik is of course not very happy about Salman’s recent taunt that “not even a dog went to see Guzaarish”, and he has not hidden his feeling about it. So the battle might just be between Salman and Hrithik instead of Salman and Katrina. After the debacles of Kites and Guzaarish, Hrithik must have been looking forward to a solo release but unfortunately he is now up against Salman Dabangg Khan and punters would definitely put their money on the mighty Khan. One would have expected the makers to comment on the issue but neither Anees Bazmee nor Zoya Akhtar were available for comments.

It is reported that he was so impressed by the performance of the Kollywood superstar in ’Vaaranam Aayiram’ that he planned to act in a remake of the movie. The Tamil film has Suriya in the roles of a father and his son. In fact, he portrays to a nicety the three different stages in the life of a young man. So, Salman would be content with doing the role of the young man. The film was based on the life of director Gautham Menon’s father.

As we know, Aamir Khan starrer ’Ghajini’ was a remake of a Suriya film in Tamil with the same title. Currently, John Abraham is reprising the cop role Suriya did in ’Kaakha Kaakha’.

Salman Khan’s ‘Being Human’ show at HDIL-India Couture Week was a big success with Bollywood stars like Preity Zinta, Rani Mukerji and Sushmita Sen bringing alive the bygone era on the ramp.

Preity Zinta kick started the ramp walk in a red knee-length dress representing 1920s. She was followed by Katrina Kaif who represented 1930s in a long red gown. Then, Rani Mukherji walked the ramp in a black velvet choli and white lehenga, bringing alive the elegance of the 1940s. The next decade was depicted by sexy Bipasha Basu in a short black outfit. Karisma Kapoor draped in a red saree brought out the rock and roll glamour of 1960s. Sushmita Sen came up with the spirit of 1970s in a multi-coloured kaftan top and golden mini skirt. Priyanka Chopra was dressed in a white baby-doll dress to represent the silver screen`s glam girls of the 1980s. Kareena came across in a smart and sexy black power suit depicting the women of 1990s.

However, the man to steal the show from these gorgeous women was Salman Khan who wore red trousers and a black trench coat with glares and walked the ramp with a smile.

Salman Khan had to perform at a live show at Kolkata

The incredibly popular Salman Khan had to perform at a live show at Kolkata’s Mohammedan Sporting Club on September 26 but had to cancel the event when an excited mob that turned up to see him caused a stampede.

Promising his fans to return with a bang, Salman will return to Kolkata’s famous Salt Lake Stadium this Friday to celebrate the success of his recent release WANTED and more significantly launch his keenly awaited drama, LONDON DREAMS, which previews abroad on Thursday, October 29.

Asin is likely to join Salman in the grand finale and the star will be dressed in his attire from LONDON DREAMS. Confirmed Vipul, "Yes, Salman is going to Kolkata to honour a stage commitment and will promote LONDON DREAMS."

Salman Khan and Aamir Khan have decided to together in a film

It doesn’t get bigger than this. Salman Khan and Aamir Khan have decided to produce as well as act together in a film. While the script is still being finalised, buzz in trade circles is that the film will be co-produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Salman’s brother Sohail Khan’s production house.

A source says, “Salman and Aamir will have equal footage in the film. The rest of the cast is being finalised and the director will also soon be on board.” That Salman and Aamir did not see eye to eye in the only film they have done together, Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ in 1994 is well-known. But all that is a thing of the past and ever since the two stars started bonding post Ghajini, they had been seriously planning to do a film together.

They were reluctant to act together for an outside banner after all these years as they had reservations whether another banner would do equal justice to them as far as the quality and the length of their roles is concerned.

Many initially thought that Salman and Aamir would again star together in the sequel to ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ as director Rajkumar Santoshi has been keen on it. However, buzz in trade circles is that Aamir doesn’t want to star in the sequel.

Commenting on the story, Aamir’s official spokesperson says, “There is nothing in the offing right now. His hands are full with 3 Idiots and three films, which are under production. He is not planning any other film right now.”

Salman Khan has gone to the extremes for his film WANTED

“Wanted provides the masses with the hero they’ve been longing for,” said Salman. The film could perhaps be a comeback for the actor who has suffered quite a few lows in the past year. Salman plays a notorious hitman in the film and speaks of his character, “Like my dialogue in the film, Jab main koi commitment kar leta hoon toh phir main apni bhi nahi sunta, my character only listens to what his heart says, he has no remorse, and is as arrogant as a bull. He has a set of values which he won’t go against and will kill at the sight of money.”

Salman Khan has gone to the extremes for his film, right from bidding farewell to a couple of his favourite vices to performing stunts and dancing like never before. “I have worked hard for the film, I did the stunts myself while cables were used only for a few. The dancing was the hardest part I think, Prabhu’s not called an elastic man for nothing. It would take me days to learn a step and I always felt I’d never get it right. The intensity that my character has during the fight sequences had to be doubled for the dance sequences, because whatever he does, he does straight from the heart.” He added.

But rather than Salman, its producer Boney who has his hopes pinned with the film, “Salman’s personality, attitude and style reflects in his character and no one could play the role better than him. He lights the screen with his dominating presence and will leave the audience in awe. I know for sure that the film will do wonders for the masses and will provide them with a film with all their favourite elements, action, romance and dance.” He says.

Salman is indeed the next most Wanted star in Bollywood!

Shah Rukh, Salman Khan & Vivek Oberoi is a crazy biggest show!

Possibly, if you had encountered this, you would’ve marked the best verdict - ‘Ever biggest show by Khans’. Even an intellectual screenwriter wouldn’t have penned such an interesting narration with all three stars and their ‘face-off’ tactics.

It was a glitzy affair with cream-n-elite groups of B-town heading to wish Ramesh Taurani (TIPS Films head honcho) on his 25th wedding anniversary at a five star hotel last night in Mumbai. Shah Rukh dropped himself for the occasion puffing stylishly when Sohail Khan was present. It’s interesting to note that once King Khan moved away after 10mins of wishing the Mr. & Mrs. Taurani, Salman Khan entered the hotel through backdoor.

We aren’t sure whether Salman Khan had waited for Sohail’s call or Sohail himself controlled his Bhaiyya to avoid hassles.

But here’s something more interesting as the focus shifts towards Vivek Oberoi. The actor, who was spotted chilling out with his friends immediately rushed out of hotel once Salman came in. It’s really puzzling to see Vivek pushing his driver to next seat and hurriedly driving out…
