Please excuse the frizzy ponytale, this dress just proved too electrifying to pass up. The belt is an H&M find from last summer, and I do believe this is a debut for high heels for teenfashionista.com. Am I finally growing up? Not likely, this dress just inspired me to slip on my sparkliest shoes, and these fit the bill.

1. Lovely thick black cotton ankle-length leggings from Madewell.
2. Thin sheer white T with white polka-dotted allover beading (!) from Madewell.
3. Mustard yellow and cream striped cardigan from Gap.
