BUJH HAI GAYA DIL KA DIYA CONTROVERSY

is of Omer Nadeem and ROXEN copied that. Omer was earlier in the band Sifaar and it was one of my favorite band from Pakistani underground music scene.
Now when Roxen is out with BUJH HAI GAYA then, Omer is trying to tell the truth about the song..

I composed this song back in 2003 when I was the lead vocalist of my former band called 'Sifaar'. Now ROXEN BAND is stealing my songs for their new album and one of them is 'DIL KA DIYA' I've already composed five songs for them for their first album 'roxen-e-dewaar' (when we were friends) and now they are stealing my personal songs which I've composed for myself. This song is recorded in one day and I'm trying to spread it as much as I can. I don't have enough sources to release this song. PLEASE HELP ME TO SECURE MY SONGS. This all is happening just because of my former lead guitarist 'Haider Haleem' who is now the lead guitarist of ROXEN band. He knows all my compositions.
