I've been catching up on last minute holiday shopping, but instead of flitting all over town, I wish I could just tie on an apron and cook cute baked goods for all of my loved ones. Unfortunately, I don't have the cookie cutters (or the Susie Homemaker know-how) to turn out treats as pretty as Martha's, so instead I'll be scrambling around on Christmas Eve like usual.
What gifts are you most excited to give this year?
P.S. Adorable Christmas cookies by Martha, unfortunately not by me. I haven't stepped in the kitchen because I've been busy reading books (Curtis Sittenfeld is my new favorite!), watching movies (Love Actually, The Holiday, The Family Stone), and shopping. Look for updates about Rodarte for Target finds, a brand new pair of boots, and finding a gorgeous coat in the unlikeliest of places.
