I snapped up this steal-of-a-dress at Old Navy for a dollar and some change, and I just happen to have a pair of Betsey Johnson tights that match the fuchsia stripe to a T. I think I'll get a lot of wear out of it—certainly a dollar's worth—but I can't decide which belt to wear for the dress's debut.
