When Alexa Chung snagged the role of guest designer for an upcoming Madewell collection, I imagined choirs of fangirls, of which there are many, singing Arctic Monkeys at the top of their lungs in celebration. If we can't watch her on MTV, at least we can wear her clothes, right?
Although we'll have to wait until fall for Alexa-stamped peter pan collar tops and polka dot babydolls, I uncovered this five-years-old overall dress from the depths of my closet the last time I was home.
