Although I was never particularly excited about the first day of school, I could never wait to debut my first-day-of-school outfit.
I'm a college grad just starting my first big-girl job, but I haven't changed that much since the second grade. I was incredibly excited to pick out my first-day-of-work outfit (and every bit as excited to start the job, too).
My mouse shoes are one of my most treasured possessions. I only wear them on special occasions, but if a first day on the job isn't special, I don't know what is. Because they're brown with black patent details, I decided on one of my trusty little black dresses. You can't tell how cool my striped bracelet is, but it so perfectly compliments this gold-trimmed blingy black watch (a big thank you to the Little Black Dress experiment and Michele watches).
