Youtube 320p to 420p AutoSwitch Fullscreen Problem Fixed

A way of fixing it though a script that blocks YouTube from automatically switching out the videos from 360p to 480p when we go fullscreen. In my opinion Google/YouTube has really screwed up their website by forcing this "new feature" on us. What's worse? They expect us to login to our YouTube accounts in order to avoid that auto bit-rate switch from happening, via user settings. That's ridiculous.
Alright, let's get to it, shall we?
You will need three things in order to make it work.
1. Firefox  (www.firefox.com)
2. Greasemonkey  (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748/)
3. The script itself  (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/49366)
It's very simple and there's no need to configure or set anything up.
Presuming you already have Firefox (step 1), just install Greasemonkey (step 2) so that Firefox can use/install the script, then install the script itself (step 3).
It's that easy.
Keep in mind you might need to restart your Firefox browser a couple of times during the install process. That's completely normal.
That's it! You are now free from that  EVIL resolution change and rebuffering on YouTube when you go fullscreen.
