Scott Sternberg's second fall foray into womenswear was wildly impressive, creating a rugby-inspired collection worthy of Ralph. Staying true to his Love Story sentiment, Boy by Band of Outsiders was a superb fifteen-look collection with tweedy tight, rugby stripes, and boyish tailored blazers.
